The North Carolina Farmworker Health Program is hiring for 3 positions!

The North Carolina Farmworker Health Program (NCFHP) at the Office of Rural Health, NC DHHS, works to improve the health of migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families by providing funding, training, and technical assistance to a statewide network of outreach and health care providers. We are expanding our team with both permanent and temporary positions and are looking for self-motivated individuals who are excited to be part of a close-knit team working to improve the wellbeing of farmworkers and their families.
We’re looking for bilingual individuals (Spanish/English) who have experience working with vulnerable populations.  Ideal candidates will also have experience developing innovative strategies to respond to the needs of the community, providing training, project management and facilitation.
We are recruiting for 3 full-time positions each with a different focus:
1.       Farmworker Health Operations Specialist with a focus on behavioral and oral health
2.       Farmworker Health Operations Specialist with a focus on health education and communications
3.       COVID-19 Response Project Coordinator (11-month temporary position)
