Rockingham County Education Foundation Executive Director

Rockingham County Education Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Executive Director to lead our team.

The Executive Director is the key management leader of Rockingham County Education Foundation. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, grant making and strategic direction of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, digital marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

The organization will provide a compensation package commensurate with the successful applicant’s skills, abilities, and work experience. The Executive Director position is an exempt, 40-hour weekly position. Regular working hours are from 8AM to 5PM daily, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend meeting or event participation. Applicants must live in Rockingham County or be willing to relocate.
