Discussion of Senator Feinstein's Agricultural Worker Program Act, a federal bill introduced to give undocumented immigrants and farmworkers a path to legal employment and citizenship via a "blue card." Clermont F. Ripley from the North Carolina Justice Center and Daisy Almonte, a current board member on Student Action with Farmworkers will lead the discussion.
