- [Levante Leadership Institute](https://saf-unite.org/programs/levante/) - SAF's Levante Leadership Institute is a program designed to increase educational success and develop social skills of Latino youth from farmworker families in Johnston County and the surrounding area. Through popular education and cultural arts such as documentary/theater, students share their experiences, build confidence, gain leadership skills, and explore options for higher education. We connect youth families' with community resources and engage them in SAF’s advocacy and organizing work.
- [Solidaridad](https://saf-unite.org/programs/solidaridad/) - Solidaridad is an academic year internship for college students, recent graduates, or Dreamers in the North Carolina Triangle area. Participants work in SAF’s office and receive mentorship and training. They are part of a cohort and together they learn about the farmworker justice movement and gain nonprofit leadership skills. Interns support SAF’s mission by conducting presentations, mentoring farmworker youth, creating communication tools, and participating in actions, rallies, and coalition meetings.
