PASOs is looking for a Promotor de Salud (Community Health Worker) to help provide Latinx families of the Greenwood-Saluda community with health education, resource navigation, and referrals to care through outreach. Promotores/Promotoras work to improve individual and community health by connecting families to healthy resources and providing culturally appropriate messages for community members in Spanish. Must be bilingual/bicultural in Spanish and English and have experience working with the Latinx community.

PASOs is hiring bilingual (Spanish/English) Evaluation and Quality Control Coordinator. This position works very closely with the PASOs Executive and Deputy Directors to continuously develop and improve the systems that inform PASOs’s programs. This position will monitor PASOs day-to-day activity and compliance through Social Solutions Apricot data management system and provide needed data for new and renewal of grant/contract opportunities and respective funder reports, as well as coordinate peer-reviewed journal articles by providing needed and relevant data from Apricot and other available resources. Master’s degree and 1-year related program experience, or bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience. Experience in program planning, adult instruction, evaluation and data systems, customer service and/or community engagement.

The Community Health Worker Institute is hiring a Training Manager. The Training Manager reports directly to the Executive Director of the Center for Community Health Alignment (CCHA) and plays a critical role in helping the CHWI and CCHA achieve their missions. The Training Manager is responsible for managing the training team; developing and delivering engaging training to community-based professionals; and ensuring that high quality training is effectively provided to Community Health Workers (CHWs) and other community health stakeholders throughout South Carolina and beyond. Effective candidates will have experience working as and/or with CHWs, supervision, training development and delivery, adult-learning and popular education techniques, and organizational skills.
