Community Impact Coordinator - LatinxEd

The Community Impact Coordinator plays a critical support and implementation role within LatinxEd’s Community Impact Team. As LatinxEd expands its community-based work across the state, including region-specific projects. This position helps ensure projects are well-planned, well-coordinated, and community-centered from start to finish. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Community Impact, the Community Impact Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple community impact projects. This role provides logistical, operational, and relationship-building support across projects. For example initiatives in Western North Carolina, Forsyth County, and Eastern North Carolina with supporting community engagement, and contributing to final reports that capture key learnings and findings. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and passionate about supporting community-driven work while strengthening internal team capacity.
