The Programs Director is a senior program leader responsible for overall program
strategy, quality, program and curriculum development, evaluation, budgeting,
and team management across SAF’s program portfolio. This is an exempt
management position designed to strengthen day-to-day supervision, streamline
operations, and ensure that program goals, compliance, evaluation, and budgets
are met.
The Programs Director will supervise program staff and provide cross-program
coordination and accountability. The Programs Director will work closely with the
Executive Director and will co-direct the Into the Fields (ITF) program in
partnership with the ITF Assistant Program Director, while also ensuring strong
implementation of SAF’s Levante Leadership Institute and Solidaridad.
